who i coach

Anybody interested in improving their health and exercise can profit from Personal Training. My training provides additional services for people who:
  • prefer a private setting to a public fitness club and like to take advantage of an exclusive service in your own Fitness Area
  • strive for long-standing changes in body composition and weight
  • are in medical or psychotherapeutic care and wish to integrate exercise to increase their psychophysical health
  • have goals of becoming physically active and health-conscious and want to develop specific skills in strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, balance etc.
  • are interested in countering age-related limitations and processes of degeneration
  • participate in a sport and would like a program tailored to their specific sport needs for performance improvement and prevention of injury
  • want to have a customized nutritional and exercise plan
